The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS⁴) invites you to attend the 18th National Sports Safety and Security Conference & Exhibition on June 22-24 at the JW Marriott Miami Turnberry Resort and Spa in Miami, Florida.

About the Conference

The conference offers dynamic programming, solution provider engagement, and opportunities to network with fellow professionals. 

Who Will Be There

Security directors and operators, facility and stadium managers, event planners/operators, law enforcement personnel, emergency managers, fire/HAZMAT, emergency medical/health services, athletic administrators, and governmental representatives.

These are individuals representing or supporting: professional sports leagues, intercollegiate athletics, interscholastic athletics, marathon and endurance events, and sport and entertainment facilities (concerts, festivals, e-sports, convention centers, etc.).

Six to Receive Young Professional Scholarships at the 2026 National Sports Safety and Security Conference and Exhibition

The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security (NCS⁴) will recognize six individuals as Young Professional Scholarship recipients during the 2026 National Sports Safety and Security Conference and Exhibition, June 23-25, 2026, in Palm Desert, Calif. The event is presented annually by NCS4, located at The University of Southern Mississippi.

NCS4 created the Young Professional Scholarship Program to support young professionals’ educational goals by covering the registration fee for selected individuals to attend the national conference. The scholarship program is sponsored by Axis Communications.

NCS⁴ Announces 2026 Annual National Sports Safety and Security Conference & Exhibition

The National Center for Spectator Sports Safety and Security at The University of Southern Mississippi will host the 2026 National Sports Safety and Security Conference & Exhibition, in partnership with title sponsor ASSA ABLOY, June 23–25 at the J.W. Marriott Desert Springs Resort and Spa in Palm Desert, Calif.

The premier event will bring together industry leaders, security professionals and key stakeholders dedicated to enhancing the safety and security of sports and entertainment venues. Attendees will include representatives from professional sports, intercollegiate and interscholastic athletics, endurance events, sports and entertainment facilities, law enforcement, emergency management, and safety and security solution providers.

The 2026 conference theme, “Honoring the Past, Securing the Future,” recognizes the leaders and partners who have shaped the sports and special events safety industry while highlighting emerging challenges, technologies and strategies defining its future.
