The NCS⁴ offers a paper and pencil-based exam for eligible candidates during the annual National Sports Safety and Security Conference and Exhibition with no test center fee. Please submit your application materials three to four months in advance of the conference to allow enough time to evaluate your application and ship your testing materials to the conference location if you qualify to take the exam.
Spots are limited and pre-registration is required to guarantee a seat in the exam room. A registration form will be sent to eligible candidates several months before the conference.
If your application is approved and you fail to schedule and take the exam within the two-year eligibility period, you will forfeit the application and testing fees. You may file for an extension of your candidacy for consideration by the Certification Commission.
